Making a Booking

Confirmation and support

After you book a journey, we will email you the booking confirmation and any other related details immediately. We provide 24/7 instant customer service available around the clock to assist with any of your booking-related queries.

Booking Modification

Changes before travel

You can modify details like address, date, time, or vehicle type by contacting us. Free modifications are available up to 3 hours before the booking time. Modifications within 3 hours incur an admin fee of £20 plus any additional service costs.

  • Upgrading your vehicle costs the price difference.
  • VIA journeys require a price quote from support.
  • Payments via Cash, Card, Bank Transfer, or Payment URL.
Airport Pick-Up

Meet & Greet with Parking

We cover the first 30 minutes of car park charges for London airport pickups. The driver will meet you inside arrivals with a name board.

  • No meet time specified: Free parking starts 45 mins after landing.
  • Meet time specified: Free parking starts at your requested time.
  • Extra Charges: £10 for every 30 minutes after the initial free period.
Non-Airport Pick-Up

Included waiting window

For all non-airport pickups, we include 15 minutes of free waiting time. After this window, a further waiting charge of a minimum £5 for every 15 minutes will apply.
